The most helpful additional reading for this particular lecture is probably the help documentation that comes with the online map software you use most heavily, especially Google Maps and Google Earth. The Kiwix application for Android is even easier: if the bases are in the phone storage or on the memory card, they will be displayed in the main program window, ready to open, if you need to download the bases from the application - open the menu - "Get content" - "Online" and select the databases to download (you can use the search to quickly find the database you want). It supports opening articles in new tabs, searching by page and other functions (I could not find out how the "Reading List" works).

The databases available are not limited to Wikipedia, other interesting databases can also be found. It should be noted that the databases, if only the Russian Wikipedia is taken, are available in several versions: the largest for 2019 contains all the articles together with the images in them (maxi, 26 GB), there is a version no images (mini, 10 GB) and variants with only the most popular articles or selections of material from Wikipedia on a particular topic. Note that if you want to put the database on a memory card, and it is on the FAT32 file system, files larger than 4 GB will not fit on it.
